TEHRAN – Iran’s Greco-Roman team finished in third place at the 2023 Polyak Imre - Varga Janos Memorial in Budapest, Hungary on Sunday.

The Iranian wrestlers won two gold medals, one silver and two bronzes and finished third with 98 points.

Azerbaijan won the final Greco-Roman team race with 140 points. They were followed by Hungary (113 points).

TEHRAN – Yasin Khosravi won the gold medal at the Paris 2023 Para Athletics World Championships on Sunday.

He finished in the first place at the Men's Shot Put F57 with a throw of 16.01 meters.

Brazilian athlete Thiago Paulino claimed the silver with 15.09 meters.

The bronze medal went to Finland’s Teijo Koopikka with 14.80 meters.
