TEHRAN-- Tomorrow, which marks the martyrdom anniversary of General Qassem Soleimani on January 3, entry will be totally free to museums and historical sites throughout Iran.The plan includes destinations that are associated with the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts, IRNA reported on Monday.There are hundreds of cultural heritage museums throughout the country, some of which are run by personal collectors or other institutions.General Soleimani was martyred by a United States airstrike ordered by then-President Donald Trump at Baghdad International Airport.Soleimani dedicated his life to protecting Iran's nationwide interest in the region, so he is thought about a national hero for the Iranian individuals, no matter their different political and religious propensities.
As soon as, Iran's leader, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, called him a living martyr.
