TEHRAN- The Russian Foreign Minister stated on Tuesday that there is a general understanding that Tehran would sign up with the efforts of Moscow to normalize relations in between Turkey and Syria.Sergey Lavrov stated that there is a standard arrangement to consist of Iran in the trilateral assessments involving Russia, Turkey, and Syria.The minister included, Russia supports Ankaras goal in boosting ties with Damascus and will deepen efforts in this regard.
