KATHMANDU: The Ministry of Federal Affairs and General Administration on Saturday issued a circular to all local levels, including Kathmandu Metropolitan City, to put all their efforts in search, rescue and relief operations in disaster-hit areas by maintaining coordination with the agencies concerned, volunteers and the general public
