Russian migration authorities provided fewer passports to foreign residents last year than they have because a minimum of 2020, the Kommersant company newspaper reported Thursday, pointing out Interior Ministry data.Authorities granted 209,000 Russian passports in 2024, nearly 45% fewer than in 2023.
