Belarus has submitted a note of intent to Brazil expressing its desire to join the BRICS group, according to the Belarusian Foreign Ministry.The note, handed over by Belarusian Ambassador Sergey Lukashevich to Brazilian Deputy Foreign Minister Maria Luisa Escorel de Moraes, signifies Belaruss interest in becoming a member of BRICS.During their meeting, the diplomats discussed the potential for strengthening cooperation between Belarus and Brazil, particularly within the realm of multilateral diplomacy.They emphasized their readiness to enhance political and economic-trade interactions between the two countries.Belarus expresses intention to join BRICS group and delivers note to Brazil.
