NEW DELHI: Realty shares were trading on a mixed note in Friday's morning session. Shares of Indiabulls Real Estate (up 0.71 per cent), DLF (up 0.68 per cent), Sunteck Realty (up 0.54 per cent) and Oberoi Realty (up 0.36 per cent) were the top performers in the index.
Sobha (down 2.50 per cent), Brigade Enterprises (down 1.25 per cent), Prestige Estates Projects (down 1.14 per cent) and Phoenix Mills (down 0.49 per cent) were trading lower.
The Nifty Realty index was trading 0.09 per cent up at 274.05 around 10:12 am.
Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index was down 22.25 points at 11,229.90 while the BSE Sensex was down 85.36 points at 37,745.62.
Among the 50 stocks in the Nifty index, 25 were trading in the green, while 25 were in the red.
Shares of Tata Motors, Vodafone Idea, YES Bank, Bank of Baroda, Vedanta, Dish TV India, IDFC First Bank, PNB, SAIL and Ashok Leyland were among the most traded securities on the NSE.
